Selena Gomez shares Sexy selfie as ‘copycat’ Hailey Bieber is slammed for ALSO launching a cooking show…

H๏t: Selena Gomez appeared on Instagram Friday night to share a Sexy new selfie with fans

Bieber has been on the receiving end of criticism after launching a culinary series called What’s in My Kitchen? on YouTube.

Fans are drawing comparison to Selena’s show Selena + Chef, which has been streaming for nearly three years.

The Rhode founder has long faced accusations of ‘copying’ the Only Murders in the Building star.

The scrutiny increased this week as critics called Bieber’s latest endaor a ‘rip-off.’

‘Hailey really needs to stop copying Selena and she should focus on herself,’ one person tweeted, while another added, ‘She wants to be left alone but copies Selena constantly.’

However, in a statement shared with the Hollywood Reporter, Bieber called What’s in My Kitchen? a ‘natural spin-off’ to her Who’s in My Bathroom series, which has featured Kendall Jenner, Gwyneth Paltrow, and Emily Ratajkowski as guests.

The first of six episodes was released on Wednesday and shows her making her ‘signature chicken wing recipe’ inside the home she shares with husband Justin Bieber.

Other recipes will include her home version of her $17 ‘Strawberry Glaze’ Erewhon smoothie and pizza toast. The skincare guru collaborated with OBB Media to create the series, with HexClad sponsoring the project.

Critics were quick to make comparisons to Gomez’s HBO Max cooking series, Selena + Chef, calling Bieber’s latest project a ‘rip-off’

Viewers have pointed out the striking similarities between Gomez and Bieber’s shows, including their filming styles and scripts

One Twitter user snidely posted that ‘HBO MAX didn’t want her,’ while others claimed Bieber was giving off ‘single white female’ vibes with the show.

‘This gurl is obsessed with Selena,’ someone else insisted. ‘Look now a remake of Selena + Chef Cook Show.’

‘Next, she’ll announce a murder mystery comedy show co-starring Tim Allen and Jerry Seinfeld,’ another joked, referring to Gomez’s Hulu series Only Murders in the Building.

In late March, Gomez took to Instagram Stories to urge people to stop trolling and bullying Bieber, who had been receiving death threats.

‘Hailey Bieber reached out to me and let me know that she has been receiving death threats and such hateful negativity,’ she wrote. ‘This isn’t what I stand for. No one should have to experience hate or bullying. I’ve always advocated for kindness and really want this all to stop.’

Bieber thanked Gomez for ‘speaking out’ on her own Instagram Stories, sharing that they had been discussing how to ‘move past this ongoing narrative’ between them once and for all.

‘The last few weeks have been very hard for everyone involved and millions of people are seeing so much hate around this which is extremely harmful. While social media is an incredible way to connect and build community, moments like this only create extreme division instead of bringing people together,’ she continued.

‘Things can be taken out of context or construed differently than they were intended. We all need to be more thoughtful about what we post and what we say, including myself.

‘In the end I believe love will always be bigger than hate and negativity and there is always an opportunity to meet each other with more empathy or compassion.’

Bieber and Gomez also started following each other on Instagram to drive home their goodwill.
